Our gold medal winning absinthe is based on the French style and adapted for an Australian palate. Local Absinthe highlights the balance between a drinking and a cocktail absinthe.

It contains the traditional botanicals of wormwood, anise seed, and fennel seed as well as containing orange peel and lemon myrtle to give the absinthe an Australian twist.
